The result comes with conditions.
These terms cover use of the arratide website. arratide, operated by Denis Radabolski and Jan Rážek is the responsible operator. A commercial engagement begins only when arratide and the client agree the scope, responsibilities, fee, and measurement terms in writing.
Website information
The website provides general information about arratide’s services and approach. It is not a binding proposal, promise of a specific result, or substitute for terms agreed for a particular engagement.
Written agreements control
If you become a client, the written proposal, statement of work, or other agreement accepted by both sides controls the engagement. If it conflicts with this website, the written agreement controls.
Outcome guarantee
Before covered work begins, we agree in writing on the result, baseline, measurement window, eligible traffic, responsibilities, dependencies, and covered fee. If those conditions are met and we miss the result, we refund 100% of the covered fee. No questions asked.
What can change the measurement
Implementation delays, tracking problems, traffic changes, release pauses, external events, or client changes outside the agreed test can pause or reset the measurement window. We record those decisions rather than arguing about them after the fact.
Client responsibilities
The client owns production design, application code, security, QA, deployment, access, tracking quality, traffic allocation, internal approval, and release decisions unless a written scope says otherwise.
Intellectual property and confidentiality
Ownership and permitted use of deliverables are agreed in writing for each engagement. We also agree how confidential information and results are handled before work starts. We do not publish a client’s confidential result without permission.
Third-party services
The website may link to services or websites operated by others. Their own terms and privacy practices apply, and arratide does not control their availability or content.
Availability and liability
We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but it may contain errors or be interrupted. To the extent permitted by applicable law, use of the public website is at your own risk. Any limits for paid work belong in the written client agreement.
Changes and governing law
We may update these website terms as the site or our services change. The updated date below shows the current version. These website terms are governed by the laws of Czech Republic, subject to any mandatory rights that apply to you.
