This page explains what information arratide receives through this website, why we use it, and the choices available to you.

Information you give us

When you contact us, we receive the app-store URL, email, name, and any optional message or contact details you provide. We use this information to assess fit, review the app, prepare our response, follow up, and manage a possible working relationship.

Other website information

• Campaign parameters and the referring page, kept separately from your contact details.
• Technical request information used for security, rate limiting, and abuse prevention.
• Limited website usage information described below.

Analytics and cookies

We use Google Analytics 4 on public pages to understand how visitors use the website and improve how it works. This may include pages viewed, referral source, approximate location, device and browser information, interactions with website features, and whether a lead form was submitted successfully.

We do not use cookies or analytics data for advertising, personalized marketing, or cross-site tracking. Google Signals, advertising storage, advertising user data, and ad personalization are disabled. Form values, email, name, app URL, and free-form text are not sent to analytics.

Service providers and transfers

Railway may process only the information needed to provide lead-delivery and scheduling services. Depending on where a provider operates, information may be processed outside Czech Republic under that provider’s published data-protection terms.

Retention

We delete inactive lead information after 90 days unless an active conversation, working relationship, or legal obligation requires it for longer. Security records and analytics information may follow different, service-specific retention periods.
